Overview

Are you tired of searching for someone who truly understands you or your child's mental health needs, such as anxiety and depression? Well, look no further...

I have a deep passion for nurturing the social, emotional, and academic growth of children and young adults through creative therapy and various approaches. Witnessing their achievements in education, career advancement, and navigating life's challenges fills me with immense joy and fulfilment. There's nothing quite like seeing young minds flourish, and I’m dedicated to helping them thrive.

I'm a young, fun, and friendly therapist who understands children and young adults. I hold degrees in Counselling, Psychology, and Therapies, along with a master's in Counselling Children and Young People, and CPD in Psychotherapy. My diverse experience spans working with various ethnic backgrounds and addressing a wide range of issues. I have supported children and young adults starting from age 3, and have worked in government-funded and private schools, as well as an NHS-supported charity.

My approach is marked by openness, compassion, empathy, creativity, and fun, all driven by a passion for nurturing the next generation into healthy adults. I provide a safe space where individuals can express themselves freely and feel heard, helping them initiate positive change.

As an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, I use various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Creative Therapy. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to exploration and growth, creating environments conducive to personal development and transformation.

What’s the first session like?

In the first 50-minute session, I’ll introduce therapy and discuss how we can work together. Sessions can be in-person, on Zoom, Teams, Skype, or over the phone. To help break the ice, I also like to incorporate games.
