I am a African Centred Therapist and Creative Arts Psychotherapist who uses various creative and expressive healing modalities such as affirmations, movement, spoken word, and storytelling, etc. I devise and deliver sessions and workshops that nurture and nourish wholistic wellbeing utilising therapeutic communication and the Arts. In addition, with the wealth of experience I have gained in community mental health and wellbeing, I create, develop, and facilitate workshops, and seminars promoting and advocating culturally centred healing modalities, approaches, and curriculum in therapeutic and educational settings.
